7. What is your return policy?
A: Late Night Leather reserves
the right to determine whether an
item is returnable or not. All items must be clean, unwashed
and
unworn and in the original box. Items that smell of perfumes,
lotions, or smoke will not be accepted for return. Thongs
and
G-Strings or any garment with a bottom attached can-
not be
returned or exchanged worn
or not!
By law, Thongs, G-strings, Teddies, Bikinis, and other intimately worn apparel are not returnable.
We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error.
RETURNS: You must obtain an RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM via
email
within 5 days of delivery. We will REFUSE unauthorized
returns. In the
event of a returned item you will be refunded the price
of the item(s) not
including shipping charges and taxes if any applied.
EXCHANGE: If a item is the wrong size, defective, or not
the right item
you ordered please contact us for an EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION
FORM
via e-mail within 5 days of delivery. We will be happy
to exchange
for the correct one.
